About the company

Conectart a.s. was established on July 1, 2016 by the merger between Information Line and Direct Communication.

We offer our clients a full portfolio of contact centre services and we are one of the largest and fastest growing domestic operators in the BPO area.

Our goal is to become a synonym for high-quality and professionalism in the BPO market not only in the Czech Republic but also in Central Europe and to provide our partners with services that are based on our experience and personal work of the Conectart team who always looks for ways to offer our clients personal approach and to be a partner during their own growth and fulfilment of strategies and visions.

We provide our clients with a wide range of BPO services, from complete customer care and call centre outsourcing, through marketing surveys to consulting activities and professional training offers. In addition, we offer our partners the OMS product, a communication system that generates high-quality opportunities for sales representatives.

Conectart means professional BPO services with the ability to cover all communication paths between the partner and his end customers via multi-channel communication.

Information Line was established in 2012. At the beginning of its activity, it provided services for only a few projects. Emphasis was placed on own products and projects.

In 2014, our company’s activities expanded into new, more significant projects in the area of management of customer centres of external partners and the company started investing in new technologies for the first time.

2015 brought us a significant shift in providing a wider portfolio of services focused mainly on active telemarketing. The result was the acquisition of new customers, their number grew above twenty partners.

In 2015, we further invested in the development of IT towards the ability to deliver multi-channel communication products. The number of employees increased by 30% compared to 2014.

In 2016, the company continued to grow in new third-party projects and expanded its partner portfolio. The year-on-year increase in external projects was several times higher in the first half of 2016 than in 2015.

In 2017, we acquired Quality Brands and thanks to this we expanded our operations to other regions. Our portfolio was expanded by further clients from big companies operating on the Czech market and we also work on international projects. We invested in new technologies such as WebRTC or Speech To Text, for which we won the first place at the ADMEZ Call Centre Conference.

We continue to invest and develop new technologies to provide our partners with high-quality, modern services with the easiest connection between our systems and the client’s IT platform.
